Scope
EuroPro DPP processes account, workspace, billing, support, security, product, notification preference, mobile push token, and limited public-passport analytics data to provide and protect the service.
Public passports
Data a workspace marks public can be viewed by anyone with the URL or QR code. Internal and hidden fields are excluded from public API responses.
Providers
Vetted hosting, email, push notification, payment, monitoring, and support providers process data under contract. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Data is retained while needed for the service and applicable legal duties. Self-service deletion removes account data and any owned workspace from active systems; encrypted backup copies age out under the backup retention schedule. Payment providers may retain transaction records required by financial law. Verification records and expired sessions follow short cleanup schedules. Raw passport analytics are retained for no more than 395 days by default.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection and may complain to a supervisory authority. Account settings provide a downloadable data archive and permanent account deletion. Deletion can also be requested at /account-deletion.
