From first draft
to published passport.

You do not need a finished spreadsheet or every supplier answer to begin. Create a workspace, choose your categories and prepare your first passport.

How a passport comes together.

01

Start with your product

Choose a category and add the details you know. Save a draft whenever you need to pause.

Your brand is prefilled. Relevant prompts help you organise materials, manufacturing origin, care and any extra details your product needs.

02

See what customers will see

Choose what stays internal, then review the actual customer passport before publishing.

Supplier details default to internal. Unknown information can stay unknown. Optional certificates and claims can be left empty.

03

Publish. Print. Share.

Put the QR code on a label, packaging or product. Customers open the passport in their browser.

Download PNG, SVG or PDF files, prepare label sheets or export codes in batches. Reviewed updates appear behind the same QR code.

Start on the web. Continue in the app.

Sign in with an email verification code, add your name and brand, then choose the categories you work with. Your workspace and product records use the same account as the mobile app.

No plan decision at the door

Your first published passport is free. Prepare drafts without payment details or an automatic subscription. Updates to that same passport stay free; a paid plan is needed to publish another.

Keep the code. Update the content.

When care or repair information changes, save a draft, review the customer preview and publish a new version. Your existing QR keeps leading customers to the passport.

Bring your information with you

Use CSV for core catalog imports and exports. Workspace JSON and account exports give you broader access to your records and stored files. Keep your own copies of important evidence.

Public pages and QR links remain hosted while DPP Ready operates the service, including after cancellation or archival. Unpublishing revokes public access; deleting the owning workspace removes its passports.
