Prices shown are monthly base prices in EUR, excluding VAT. Dutch VAT is added for Dutch businesses; EU businesses elsewhere with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism. The price for your region and billing provider is confirmed at purchase. Paid subscription checkout is subject to release availability. No annual commitment is required by these monthly plans.

What counts toward your allowance?

Each model, batch or individual-item passport is a separate record. Paid plans count non-archived records, including drafts. On the free offer, drafts do not consume your first-publication allowance. Archiving does not reset which passport is free.

When you need a little more room

Eligible Stripe web subscriptions can explicitly enable additional passports at €0.50 each (excl. VAT) per billing period. This is off by default. Apple and Google plans stop at the included allowance and offer a plan upgrade.

Published passports and QR links remain hosted at no extra charge while DPP Ready operates the service, including after cancellation or archival. Your original free passport remains available for updates. Unpublishing revokes public access, and deleting your owning workspace removes its passports.

What is a digital product passport?

A digital product passport brings information about a physical product together on a web page. With DPP Ready, you choose which materials, origin, care, repair and other details to share. A QR code connects the product to that page.

Do my customers need the app?

No. Customers scan the QR code with their phone camera or open the passport link. The page opens in their browser, with no account or app installation.

What is included for free?

Your first published passport per workspace is free, with no payment details, expiry or automatic subscription. You can prepare drafts and update that same passport for free. Publishing another passport requires a paid plan. Archiving or unpublishing does not reset the free allowance.

What counts as one passport?

A passport can cover a product model, a production batch or an individual item. Each is its own record and counts separately. Paid allowances count non-archived records, including drafts. Drafts do not consume the free first-publication allowance.

Can I keep supplier information private?

Yes. You can choose public, internal or hidden visibility for information and documents. Supplier details default to internal. Review the actual values and customer preview before publishing.

Can I update information after printing the QR code?

Yes. Changes are saved as a draft first. Review and publish your updates to change the customer page behind the existing QR code. Previous published versions remain in the passport history.
